  • This already-historic presidency now holds another distinction: Donald Trump is the first President of the United States to be impeached twice. Kids, if you put your mind to it, you can accomplish anything.
  • Huntsville has won the competition to be the home of Space Command headquarters. This is excellent news, though there is grousing.
  • Congratulations to the Alabama Crimson Tide football team on its 18th national championship! • I was pumped about the third season of Cobra Kai, and I watched the first episode within a day or two of its release, but I haven’t been back to it. I binged the first two seasons in a day and a half. Maybe I don’t want to watch it any other way.
  • I had a marvelous Zoom call with my old friend and first technical writing boss Amy last night. We hadn’t spoken in far too long. • With the rescheduling of St. Petersburg, the IndyCar season opener is now the Honda Indy Grand Prix of Alabama at Barber Motorsports Park!
  • We’re supposed to flirt with 60 ºF next week, though in conjunction with rain. Then, snow is back in the forecast the following week.
