Many of you know that human trafficking is an extremely important cause for me, and that I sit on the board of the North Alabama Human Trafficking Task Force.
It is a wonderful thing when anyone is rescued from trafficking, but victims have typically experienced severe trauma, and there is still a very hard road ahead even after they are free of their situations. Providing them with “hope bags,” containing basic personal care possessions and clothing, is a critical early step.
I don’t ask for money often, dudes and dolls. I am today. Please consider helping if you can. Thank you so much!
