John Bolton’s book The Room Where It Happened is the first one from a Trump administration insider that I’ve wanted to read. Bolton is crisp and no-nonsense, and this is the first such book that I reasonably believe shall also be.
The Trump administration subjected the manuscript to near-endless reviews. Now it is suing Bolton trying to prevent the book’s release next Tuesday, which is absurd. I hope the lawsuit is tossed.
I ordered my copy last night. Lady emailed me this morning and told me it was back-ordered with the publisher, which is fine. I’ll still read it when I eventually get it, but I suspect all of the bombshells will be out next week. (Surely the advance reviews have left us a few nuggets.)
