That there was ever an action figure of The Facts of Life‘s Tootie is itself quite odd. That it is for sale at Target in Madison, Alabama in September 2018 boggles the mind.
As you can see, it is a “CLASSIC 8 INCH FIGURE” with “14 POINT ARTICULATION,” as well as #8,261 of 10,000.
It also looks absolutely nothing like Kim Fields.
