We’ve been tantalized for weeks, but the day is finally here: there is house-made pasta available at Earth and Stone Wood Fired Pizza’s Madison location. Manicotti and lasagna are on the menu now, with more offerings on the way.
It’s not just anywhere in this town you can walk in and get from-scratch pasta, folks. And you know if it’s coming out of Earth and Stone’s ovens, it’s passed an awful lot of muster to get to you.
Lea and I were delighted with our dinner. Don’t spend your precious carbs on crap. Eat good food.
