I’m still cheating on my routine because I’ve found I enjoy getting a significant number of my steps in the morning. Naturally, this significantly damages my ability to leave the house early because I must get a shower afterward (instead of the night before). Still tinkering.
This looks like a highly effective response to restaurant personnel being harassed. I’d love to see this model spread nationwide.
