Donald Trump will be here Sunday—not very far from our house, actually.
I don’t care a whit personally about seeing him. I briefly considered going for the blogworthiness of it all, but my pool of tolerance for truly large numbers of my fellow human beings is shallower than most even on a good day. As they are expecting 10,000+ people, I’m confident said pool would be exhausted quickly.
I wouldn’t call Trump the presumptive nominee yet, but it does look rather more likely that he’ll win the nomination than that he won’t. I think he needed a single strong challenger by now, and he doesn’t have one. The divided opposition gives Trump the inside track.
Holy shit. We really are just about to tumble down this rabbit hole, aren’t we?
