Lea and I went back to Below the Radar tonight. I report that their Firefox Pale Ale is a fine effort.
I had fish and chips.
We were both pleased with our selections.
So far I like Below the Radar, but one thing is inescapable: it is a loud bar. We were there for a meeting (an exciting one; more on that later) tonight, and past about four people, it just doesn’t work for that (though it was a more successful evening tonight than when I thought I might review it for Rocket City Mom).
I don’t know whether Lea and I will ever select BtR for date night. There are just too many other places we enjoy more. But I think we’ll continue to attend enthusiastically if that’s where the get-together is.
