Well, I’m just home from my first ever cardiac stress test, the gloriously boring results of which are yet more confirmation that neglect of my health doesn’t seem to have hurt me yet. I’m thankful for that. That should be my last trip to a doctor’s office for several months. I’m thankful for that. My new general practitioner is marvelous for me, and I believe she is the right person to help me recover my health. I’m thankful for that.
Lea and I do very well with nearly all things, nearly all the time. I’m thankful for that. On those occasions when I handle something clumsily, she is full of grace and forgiveness. I’m thankful for that. Because she is, today is sure to be a better day than was yesterday. I’m thankful for that.
Hoping for a remainder of the week that is as drama-free as possible. If something does pop up, I’m confident that because of God’s strength, I’m equipped to handle it.
I’m thankful for that.
