- Boys are out again today for the winter weather. That makes four days (so far). Not sure where they’ll get this back in the school year, but I’m sure they will.
- Did I ever tell you my dad and my uncle designed and built a gun that would throw a golf ball 500 yards? I might have to do a video feature on that when the weather warms up. “Hey, hold my beer and watch this…”
- Loved Meet the Parents. Thought Meet the Fockers was just okay. Little Fockers smells like Netflix all the way.
- I really like popcorn that pops just a little bit. You know, those kernels that have just a little bit of visible popped endosperm, so not quite old maids? Those are great. I’d enjoy someone selling a bag of just those.
- More than once recently, I’ve had a good idea that I’ve been sure I’ll remember, and then I forget it. All I remember is that I had an idea. I may need to become a pen-and-pad guy.
- My mother used to think that when an actor’s real first name was the same as his/her character’s first name, then that must not be a very good actor. She also used to think that people with thin lips were untrustworthy.
- I’m following Sela Ward on Twitter now. I’m pretty sure she has a crush on me. I’ll have to let her down easy.

Ours are out again tomorrow. I came home today from work with a task list a mile long. I cannot get anything done at home, now, because the kids are bickering. Everyone is bored and stir-crazy nuts, here. I’m never going to get caught up, but we’re working against a hard deadline.
Sigh.
At least their schools are going to use MLK and Pres’ Day as makeups. Where will we find the other 3?
Ours out again tomorrow too. Throw in MLK, and they get ten days in a row.
We figure they’ll stick it on the end of the year for us. They’ll keep spring break because of tourism dollars, blah blah blah.
We’ll get Saturday school. Mwahahaha. Poor chirrins.
