The zoo some people think we’re getting in northern Alabama has lost its land deal. I hope this is the end of this silly idea. There is no money, there is no plausible way to get the money, and we don’t need to be building new zoos anyway. The end.
I’m up to 18 movie tickets in my Cinemark account. Where are the movies I want to see? Y’all gon’ make any more?
Tom Brady’s done now. It would have been the ultimate for him to win the Super Bowl as a Buc and then retire, but at least they made the playoffs his last year. (And if he works a 40-hour week, his next gig pays over $18,000 per hour.)
The Ford Maverick—the current small pickup, not the historical compact car—is so hot, you can’t even buy a 2023 anymore. We should have more choices in this segment soon. (Toyota would be a huge party-crasher.)
It’s not going to rain all weekend, and it might even be cool instead of cold. Hoping I can get some outside stuff done.
