- I have enjoyed a pastor who is a capable orator for a long enough time now that I forget how good I have it. It was jarring when I recently watched/listened online to one not quite so blessed for about 20 minutes.
- I’ve been enjoying Amazon Prime music, but the stations need work. I’ve encountered a couple that seem to have about three dozen songs total.
- I’m excited to be part of Huntsville Restaurant Week’s Food Blogger Tour again this year! Watch for a recap on Rocket City Mom.
- Both boys are back in school this year. It’s a significant change for Aaron. He’s doing well so far, though I’m glad this is a short week to ease him in.

- Canada Dry diet tonic water is still sweetened with saccharin (?), and tastes markedly inferior to Publix and Target store brands. Those use sucralose and acesulfame potassium. (Correction: The Target brand uses saccharin as well.) Questions as to whether I can safely consume the amount of quinine in three liters of tonic water daily are surprisingly hard to answer conclusively, but I certainly do like it more than Diet Sprite or Diet 7-Up.
- The greatest weekend in sports is less than a month away!
