- Limped into this weekend, way more than I realized I was even 12 hours ago. Glad to have the recuperation.
- Was going to cut the grass first thing this morning and get it out of the way, but it was too wet. It was like it had just rained. Hoping for a good window post-first service but pre-race tomorrow.
- Checked out the Tennessee Valley Lego Club exhibition/convention today. We had a good time. Good to see Jennifer again. Love her vibe.
- We ate lunch at Surin today, which narrowly won the face-off against Anaheim Chili. Huntsville denizens, there is no reason to eat at a stuff-on-the-wall in this town. Save them for when you need a predictable experience in unfamiliar surroundings. We have too many high-quality small business restaurateurs for you to eat at Applebee’s.
- Was going to watch the ARCA race tonight, but I don’t have CBS Sports Network. There’s another tick toward U-verse.
- We really dug the Spandau Ballet and T’Pau episodes of Video Killed the Radio Star on AXStv tonight. GenXers, check this show out.
- I’m taking July off from Rocket City Mom. Watch for a review post from me on Monday, and then I’ll be done until August 8.
