The official total (so far) as I type is 7″ in Huntsville and 8″ in Madison, and it just started snowing again. The shallowest depth I could find was right at 7″, in the middle of the backyard.
The boys and I threw snowballs for a little while, and now Lea’s distributing hot chocolate as they build a snowman with the boys next door.
