I don’t know whether I’ll ever eat sushi in Japan, but I certainly do enjoy it as an occasional treat here in the U.S. This video really opened my eyes to a lot of the customs. Even if you don’t consider yourself a sushi aficionado, it’s worth the time as a bit of a window into this beautiful culture. Enjoy. I did.
