I continue to receive an occasional inquiry about the Dark and Stormy Book Club. I mentioned it in passing and somewhat conditionally several weeks ago, but here it is for the official record: it’s over. I suspect Saintseester will continue to make the content that is there available even after the domain registration expires, which is soon, she told me today at lunch.
I don’t have much to say about the primary cause of its demise except that sometimes relationships move in directions counter to the chemistry necessary for such an endeavor.
Thanks to Saintseester and Mrs. Chili for the many thought-provoking conversations we had, and thanks to our audience for listening and blogging with us. We all enjoyed it.

Thanks, ‘seester. It was a pleasure.
So – I see that you two have lunch together occasionally. Sorry for the non sequitur. This has nothing to do with DASBC. You guys have to invite me sometime. A break from the asylum is allowed on occasion!
We sure will, Terri. We’ve actually talked about taking a walking lunch occasionally, but have yet to actually do that!
Indeed, definitely. I forget you’re in the neighborhood during the work week.
