Bwahahahahah! Mine was a Pioneer, but it’s long since gone. We’ve got an old Sony mini-system that still sounds pretty good, though, and a cassette player is part of that system. I’m not sure I actually HAVE any cassette tapes anymore, though. Can one still purchase such things?
I do not need your help to feel old. We had 8-track players. My grandpa had one in his car, and my best friend had a PORTABLE one. He owned two tapes: Bing Crosby and Sousa marches. She owned two tapes: Kiss and Aerosmith. Later I carpooled with a girl who had it in her car as well. She owned Pink Floyd’s The Wall and Journey’s Infinity. I know those two by heart because we listened to them everyday for 2 years.
