I’m pleased that I’m here for this sociocultural shift, and I do think that’s what it is. I’m going to remember both when gay marriage was a big deal and when it wasn’t. I don’t think that’s as significant as, say, folks who can remember both sides of segregation, but it’s still a sea change.
You know what, though? I’ve had just about enough of the pink equals profile photos on Facebook. Half my friends’ thumbnails are identical, which badly damages the utility of some parts of the site.
So y’all knock it off.
