Stem & Stein has bombers now! I see some fun beer shopping in my immediate future.
One of the last recurring complaints David E. Davis Jr. had before he died was that Cadillac was clearly being run by people who hated Cadillacs. They were building capable and exciting cars, but nothing epitomizing American-style luxury besides the Escalade, which was a truck. I bought and cooked some chorizo at home for the first time recently. It was much too heavily seasoned, and not nearly as tasty as what I’ve had in restaurants. I’ll have to get smarter about how to buy it. What I bought had synthetic (inedible) casings, which I’ve since learned are typical of the cheapest products.
