After first defining wealthy as having an annual income of $250,000, then $200,000, and most recently Joe Biden’s given figure of $150,000, presidential candidate Barack Obama further refined his definition of the wealthy this morning. According to a campaign spokesperson, Obama’s tax increases will only apply to “those who eat 10 or more meals per week.”
